One of the main issues for fabrication yards is performing proper alignment and non-orbital welding.
It is time consuming, more prone to errors and more expensive for the client.
Quality control is more expensive and difficult.
For that reason, Marine Steel offers complete tower sections depending on client's requirements. By choosing such path, fabrication yards only need to perform final orbital (circumferential) welds before the jacket is loaded for transport.
Since all the sections are made from Primary Components (Columns, Legs, Braces, X-joints, Nodes), customers can freely mix and match the components based on their jacket design.
